Initial Consultation
A complimentary 30-minute virtual consultation to get to know each other! This is your opportunity to ask any questions you have, explore which support package feels right for your family, and discover how I can best serve you during this special time—all in a completely welcoming, judgment-free space.
Connection Session
The introductory meeting typically lasts 90 minutes to two hours, depending on your questions and unique needs. During our time together, you'll gain valuable insights into pregnancy, birth, and newborn care that will help prepare you for this incredible journey. This session serves as the foundation of our series, giving us both the opportunity to connect and determine if we're the perfect match for your birth support needs.
Birth Empowerment Sessions
After completing your connection session, we'll continue with the complete birth empowerment series. These three additional one-on-one sessions—totaling 5 to 6 hours of personalized education—will empower you with the knowledge and confidence needed for a safe, comfortable birthing experience. These comprehensive childbirth preparation classes are designed to fully prepare you for your birth journey. You'll have everything you need to feel confident and ready, including infant CPR.
Around-the-Clock Virtual Support
You'll have my continuous virtual support throughout your labor - I'm available for as long as you need, every step of the way!
In-Person Labor Support
From photographs and videos capturing the precious moments of your pregnancy, labor, and your new baby, to soothing massage sessions and alternative pain relief measures during labor. You will have access to a birth ball during labor, and I can provide referrals and resources for placenta encapsulation. I also keep written records of your entire labor and birth. Additionally, we are happy to accompany you to prenatal exercises or yoga classes, childbirth classes, Hypnobirthing/HypBabies classes, and appointments with your doctor or midwife, either alongside or in place of your partner.
Virtual Labor Support
Your complete birth support experience begins with a complimentary consultation where we'll create your personalized birth plan together. You'll receive continuous, dedicated support from early labor through your first hours as a new family, along with expert comfort techniques, calming hypnotic relaxation methods, and responsive phone support throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey. I provide comprehensive birth preparation resources, complete breastfeeding education, and guaranteed backup doula coverage for your peace of mind.
